Fall in love with Battered Hearts by Kele Moon
When I first started Battered Hearts by Kele Moon I was expecting just another sweet small town romance series. Something I would enjoy, but ultimately something that would fade from my memory. What I wasn’t expecting was a series where the author gleefully pulls your heart, beats the hell out of it and then lovingly patches you back up again. There’s a reason this series is called battered hearts!
Batered Hearts by Kele Moon has a mix of everything: that small town sweetness, humour, friendship and plenty of sexy times. But, what has made this series remain as one of my favourites is the pure emotion that’s infused in these books. Especially the finale of the series Crossing the Line – fair warning don’t go into that book without a supply of tissues! Altogether it is a beautiful contemporary romance series that I come back to again and again.
This trilogy is also available on kindle unlimited, as is it’s spin off series Untamed Hearts, which starts with The Viper.

These sound amazing but I would definitely need to spread these out. I do love a story that has all the feels, but books that make me ugly cry, even if they make me happy in the end, I only read once in a while.
