Returns and Membership Cancellation Policy


At Under the Covers Book Blog, we want to make sure you have the best experience, whether you’re purchasing physical or digital products or you’re joining our book club membership. Please read through out Returns and Membership Cancellation Policy below.

Physical Products

Each physical product is printed for you when you place your order. As such, we regretfully cannot accept returns on our physical products except in cases where there are printing issues or quality defects. If you encounter such issues, please notify us as soon as possible but no later than 30 days of receiving the item, and we will promptly address the situation. To initiate a return or exchange due to printing or quality concerns, please contact us at

Digital Products

When you purchase digital products, they’re instantly available for you to download. Due to this, we cannot offer refunds on digital products. We do encourage you to read through the product description and if there’s anything you have questions on, please contact us at before making your purchase.

Book Club Membership

When you sign up for our paid book club membership, you’re given two billing cycle options. Either monthly or yearly. Your membership will renew automatically on that cycle basis until you cancel. To cancel, simply head to your “My Account” page after you login to the membership and “Manage your Subscriptions”. This will cancel the renewal. Your membership will remain active for the duration of your current cycle. We cannot pro-rate and offer partial refunds at this time.
