We’re Francesca and Suzanne, Goodreads friends turned book besties since the late 2000s. Francesca will one-click anything with fangs, fur, horns, or a morally grey soul, while Suzanne is happily re-reading Ilona Andrews instead of chasing the latest hype. Since 2011, we’ve been running Under the Covers, obsessing over paranormal, fantasy, historical, and dark romance… with the occasional contemporary and a side of murder when love alone isn’t messy enough.
