Bookmarked: A Notion Template for Books, TV and Everything You Save

$29

One Notion template for your books, your shows, your notes and everything you meant to come back to. I built three separate trackers before this one and got tired of all the steps in feeding all three, so I spent three years finding a way to keep every feature while cutting the maintenance. Books, TV, movies, content, notes, habits, journaling and more. Everything logs in the same place and counts towards the same year. Low maintenance on purpose.

EVERYTHING LIVES IN ONE SIMPLE TEMPLATE

Want to see how I use it? Take a peak inside my Notion reading tracker

“I’ve been searching for a tracker that’s easy to use and keep up with, while still being able to track everything I’m interested in. Instead of having different templates or apps to track content, what I’m reading, books I own, etc, everything lives in this one template. I’ve found myself tracking my reading and adding the new books I receive immediately! It’s also easy on the eyes and visually pleasing. The part that I love the most is that EVERYTHING syncs! From authors to series to editions to notes, everything is synced up! I don’t have to figure out where I saved something related to a specific book, which helps my scatter brain immensely. I truly cannot recommend this enough. From book bloggers to book content creators to someone who just wants to track what they read and books they own, there’s something here for everyone.” ~ Genesis

Why Choose The Bookmarked Notion Template

Built by a Reader

I read 150 books a year and I’ve tracked every one of them since 2009. Every property in here exists because I needed it, and the ones that didn’t earn their place got cut.

Nothing Cut to Stay Simple

Simplifying a tracker usually means losing the reason you wanted one. That was the hard part. Every feature from my old templates survived but with far less to maintain.

You Don’t Need to Know Notion

No formulas to write, nothing to build. Written instructions and tutorial videos provided, as well as an import guide for bringing your GoodReads or Storygraph library over.

“I absolutely love this simplified version to track your books, I find myself using it more to log them than my normal book tracker. I can easily log my reads and what I’m watching right from my phone. This helps me so much since I consume the most media in the evening. Francesca offers detailed instructions on who everything works and how to import your book collection! It’s thorough and as someone with little time throughout my day, it helps immensely. Highly recommend!” ~ Malia

FAQ

Readers who want one place instead of four. This is a comprehensive reading tracker first yes, but it can do so much more. If you’ve abandoned a tracker around March before because it was too much to keep up with, this is the problem this was built for. It works whether you read five books a year or a hundred and fifty.

The Notion template you can duplicate into your account, written setup instructions, tutorial videos, an import guide with instructions, template and videos and Canva templates so you can restyle the graphics to look like yours.

A Notion account. Bookmarked works on the free personal plan, with only one exception. Notion allows one chart per workspace on their free plan. The monthly and yearly views use several line, pie and bar charts, so on the free account you will have to decide on one to keep and the rest will show an upgrade button. This limit is not just on this template, so if you already have a chart somewhere else in your Notion, you will need to delete it to use one here. Notion’s rule, not mine.

You have two ways to go about it. There’s a video tutorial included that walks you through how you trim the monthly and yearly views down to a single chart. Or you move to the first paid Notion plan and keep them all.

Everything else works on the free plan.

You download a PDF that you get to save and keep for your records. There’s a link to duplicate the template into your own Notion account. That’s it, that makes it yours and nothing syncs back to me, nothing expires. All the tutorials, instructions and other templates are in the Notion template under a Start Here page.

Not at all! Every section or action you want to take has a tutorial video if you get stuck. And the Start Here page walks you through what you need to edit immediately to make it yours.

Yes. There’s a written and video import guide, including an import template, to help you bring your GoodReads or Storygraph export with years of history in it. You can also start logging today and let it fill up from here.

Yes! Rename, recolor, change the graphics, hide what you don’t use. There are Canva files to help you replace easily the images in the template and make it your own.

Yes! A lot of the logging will happen from your phone, this is coming from experience. I have tutorial videos on how to add shortcuts and widgets to your phone (iOS currently, Android coming soon), which make it even easier and faster.

Duplicating a Notion template can’t be undone, so this is a no-refund product. Watch the walk-thru and look through the images, or send me a DM, and buy out only if it looks like something you’d use.

What you buy is what you get. If I release a new version later, it would be a separate product. This is a finished product.
