Happy Monday! Tomorrow is the release of one of the books I had included in my #SummerTBR and I got to read this one last week (via @libro.fm thank you! and for a pretty paperback from @sourcebookscasa thank you!).⁠

I think this book fits perfectly in with the reading mood for the Summer and should be on YOUR reading lists. A bit of humor, a bit of enemies and British flare. It's an opposites attract, fake relationship romcom that is light-hearted for the most part but does showcase some deeper issues in a great way. ⁠

Humor is a thing that is subjective and while I know many people found this book hilarious, for me it was a bit of a struggle in that regard. But even though it wasn't the funniest for me, it was sweet and entertaining.⁠
.⁠
I think fans of RED, WHITE AND ROYAL BLUE will like this book. And if you didn't like that because of the politics in it, then this will be the perfect one to try instead. I personally like Casey McQuiston's book more still, but I can see the correlation and how they both can leave you with the same warm fuzzy feelings in the end about the HEA. But be warned, don't read them back to back! ;)⁠

I read this book before it came out and it was SO FUNNY! If you like light hearted paranormal romcoms then this should be on your list (although I believe it's a bit harder to find and purchase these days, not sure why - ebook isn't available but you can still buy print or used).⁠

If the name makes you think it has something to do with the movie THE HANGOVER you are absolutely right! This is the paranormal version of that movie and yes, it'll make you cry-laugh.⁠

The weather is supposed to be rainy by me all weekend and most of next week so I think that means it should be great reading weather! I haven't been inspired to take pics for a couple of weeks so I'm also hoping that I get my pic mojo back and I can take some new photos. Wish me luck.⁠
