Mid Month check in - How are you doing with your bookish goals? I actually feel like I'm doing pretty good. I've been doing a pretty decent job at sticking to my TBR, which is not something I do too well usually. And I've even made some decent progress with #romanceopoly which makes me so happy!⁠ I’ve read 5 books so far!!

My book for the seasonal WINTER challenge is CHASING CASSANDRA by Lisa Kleypas and I am so excited for this one! It comes out next month so you can also use it for this challenge if you want. Lisa Kleypas is one of those authors I'll never get tired of pushing on people because she's THAT good. She never disappoints.⁠ I’m starting this now. .⁠

ALMOST JUST FRIENDS was a delight to read. It’s fun and humorous without being too over the top. It reminded me of my favorite Jill Shalvis books of the past so that was nice to see. I would definitely recommend this is you’re in need of something light or a refresher. It will make you laugh and charm your pants off. I can’t wait to see what Jill Shalvis has planned next!⁠

Happy Monday! Let’s talk about favorite genres for just a second. Paranormal romance is my ultimate favorite one and it’s been years since I’ve discovered a really good PNR author that has made me want to read everything else she’s written. But guys, I think I did! I fell in love with WOLF GONE WILD by Juliette Cross this month and intend to go thru her backlist this year. That is exciting!! If you like Kresley Cole you’ll enjoy this book. I recently finished filming a video with mine and I'll have it up on our YouTube channel next week. There are also some I didn't mention because I may be behind on the series, but that doesn't mean I'm not anticipating them. ⁠
One of those is certainly UNDERCOVER BROMANCE. ⁠
I still didn't read THE BROMANCE BOOK CLUB although Suzanne read it and absolutely loved it! Can't wait to get sucked into this series. And they have the BEST covers.⁠
