Am I the only one surviving these times by .... NOT reading? Two months in a row now will be the worst reading months I've had! But I am just happy to jump into #PSL season because I have to have a little of my seasonal living even if there's so much going on in my life in the next few months. So maybe that will change my mood.⁠

Q O T D: What are your best tips for getting out of a reading slump? Do you re-read, switch genres, switch format, DNF books, do something else?⁠

I usually switch genres and that's something I haven't tried to do to come out of my current reading slump, but I think will be up on my list next. And since I've been drowning in fantasy reads, I think I'll switch to a historical romance!⁠

LOVE IS A ROGUE is the first in a new series by Lenora Bell and it comes out at the end of October. It has the best cover!⁠

Hey, yes, hi, I'm struggling with my reading... still! ⁠

I haven't picked up any more A KINGDOM OF FLESH AND FIRE (I'm stuck at 40%) and same goes for BLOOD & HONEY (stuck at 75%). Somehow I'm not totally loving either of those books and they're making me slumpy and not want to read! I hate that feeling.⁠

So today I decided instead of try a book from my long forgotten Summer TBR. I know it's officially fall, don't judge.⁠

I've wanted to read May Sage for a while and this beauty is on #kindleunlimited so I'm giving it a whirl. Maybe it's time for a sexy vamp!⁠
