“Adrian and Suzette were hot from start to finish, and will not leave fans of dark office romances disappointed.”

Recommended Read!

Adrian Bradford has a reputation: he’s ruthless in the business world, swooping in, buying out companies, then dismantling them and selling them off in pieces for profit. He stays focused and keeps his emotions out of the business – that is, until he came face to face with Suzette Parks. The head of marketing in Adrian’s newest acquisition, Suzette is beautiful, feisty, and knows exactly what she wants. She just wishes it wasn’t her new boss. While the company is being torn apart, Adrian and Suzette make a different kind of business deal. During the day, it’s all work and no play. But after 6:00 p.m., all bets (and clothes) are off. But when those lines start to blur, Adrian and Suzette will have to decide what’s more important: their careers, or their undeniably hot passion for each other.

I was immediately sucked into Tell Me You Want Me. Even though it was a shorter read, every chapter was packed full of passionate scenes between Suzette and Adrian. Their chemistry definitely came through on the page, and this should be a must-read for anyone who loves a hot office romance. And, although it’s not specifically labelled as such, there is quite a bit of Dom/sub behavior between Adrian and Suzette. I really enjoyed both of the main characters, and it was easy to get pulled into their romance. There was plenty of drama to supplement the spice, and I was very relieved that Winters gave us a happily ever after for this couple.

One aspect of Tell Me You Want Me that I especially loved was the fact that there was plenty of plot to move Suzette and Adrian’s relationship forward. There are plenty of books on the market that are just spice, with plot and character development not as important to the story. While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with erotica, I thought this book had so much more depth to it because there was conflict and growth for both main characters, and their issues and resolutions had about the same amount of page time as all the spice. Winters is great at storytelling and I was glad to see world building and character development as part of Adrian and Suzette’s story.

Winters managed to pack a lot of story and a lot of sex into Tell Me You Want Me. Not only did she give us plenty of spice, but there’s solid character development, plenty of tension and drama, and an undercurrent of sweet romance. Adrian and Suzette were hot from start to finish, and will not leave fans of dark office romances disappointed.

About Willow Winters

Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.

In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!

Nice review. This sounds fun!

This sounds like a steamy read! I like that the emotional aspects of the relationship was balanced with the steam. I haven’t read this author before but I’ve heard good things.

Thanks for the review, adding to my wishlist as I’m not paying 4.99 for 153 pages.
