I’m a 30 something sun lover currently living in Florida.I’m a book and coffee addict and lover of all things elephants.
I get easily distracted by pictures of sexy guys and have tons of book boyfriends.I keep all my alpha males chained to my basement and guard them fiercely.*Back off bitches*I like to see Jason Momoa as a lot of those boyfriends, because ….. mmmmmmm JASON.MOMOA!
I’m a part time graphic designer (yes, everything you see on UTC has been done by me), run my husband's business from home and on a good day I’m a self appointed superwoman (she who can do it all).I love blogging with my girls and I couldn’t do it any other way!My first love is everything paranormal, but in the past few years I’ve re-learned to love contemporary romance.Every once in a while I like to mix things up with a historical romance, a steampunk or an LGBT book.Because I need variety to avoid book slumps.I don’t always need an HEA although I prefer one, and I love authors that can rip my heart out and make me ugly cry.

Very jealous of The Wallflower Wager and Rise of Magicks (the audiobooks of the series are 5 star for me). I loved Wolf Rain and Storm Chased. I liked both of Helen Hoang’s books. I’m on the library waitlist for Fix Her Up and Rouge Night. Beyond the Veil by Mara Townsend sounds like something I would like.
I don’t have a favorite summer read type, it’s whatever I’m in the mood for.
I like to read baseball-themed books and rom-coms over the summer. Who am I kidding? I read whatever strikes my fancy. LOL
I don’t have a particular favorite Summer read or genre, I just read whatever I am in the mood for.
I do tend to read more light and fun contemporary romance, and romcoms during the Summer.
Any type of fiction with the excerption of vampires does not thrill me.
Great haul! I want to read over your shoulder for a few of these especially Sapphire Flames!
I m all about the romance for summer! I tend to read more contemporary and new adult in the summer, and PNR and historicals in the fall/winter.
Another awesome haul Francesca!!! Awesome giveaway as well! Shared on my socials!!??? btw love the hair,so friggin cute!?
OMG thank you so much Kathy! <3
No summer favorites but do like quick, easy reads I can easily tote to the beach for the afternoon. Already a follower on Goodreads. Thanks for the opportunity.
Great haul and love your hair!
I don’t have a favorite type of summer read just whatever I happen to be in the mood for. However, I do read a few more contemporary romances during the summer than I do throughout the year.
Thank you 😉 Contemporary seems to be the general winner.
That Jessie Muhalik series is calling me. Oooh, Rise of Magicks! That Paulina Simmons sounds good. I need to read Joanna Shupe’s books soon. Lemon Sisters sound good. Quite lovely stack of paper copies, too. I loved Wolf Rain and Storm Cursed. 🙂
Read that Jessie Mihalik series!!!!!! YESSSS LOL
“Leave a comment telling us your favorite type of summer read.” Something light and fun in the thriller genre!
I love summer thrillers! This may need to be a recommendation video. 😉
I don’t read too seasonally except for maybe around Halloween and Christmas. But I think light romance, and romantic comedies in particular, are great summer reads. If there’s a beach setting, even better. Women’s fiction books set in beach communities are also fun. Thanks!
Would ❤️❤️❤️ To win this Amazing Giveaway!!
These books are on my TBR list and would be thrilled to win.
Isn’t this a fantastic Giveaway??
My favorite type of summer read is romantic comedy.
I read a lot more in the summer, but don’t really change genres…
Best summer reads are very similar to best reads year round for me. Anything on my phone or tablet that is mobile and interesting!
I dont prefer a certain troupe during the summer. I like what i like all year long. Im sooo jealous you have a copy of Aurora Rising! I adore Polaris Rising and i’m not a face of ” space” stories.
Wasn’t that like the most unexpected book you end up loving? I’m glad you liked it <3
Anything romantic with a happy ending!
Thanks for the video and lots of good books. I like to read some summer fluffy books or women’s fiction books.
I don’t need a special kind of book for a “summer read.”
I don’t know why, but I love reading angsty romances in the summer.
Sometimes it is fun to read a Christmas story when it is so hot out!
I don’t have a preference of what to read in the summer.
btw love your hair! xo
Waiting for Tom Hanks sounds really fun.
So many cool books! I can’t say I have a a favorite summer read. If it’s from one of my favorite authors I could read it any season 🙂
I loved Smitten With the Brit!
anything interesting
Do you actually read most of these books? Your one month worth is about 1 years worth for me! LOL
This is amazing. Thank you
I don’t have a particular type of read for Summer, but so far I’ve enjoyed Lex Martin, Christina Lauren, JA Huss & RS Grey.
I love summer time reading!
I love second chance Romances!
Anything romance for me
I love just about anything romance!
I don’t have any particular type/genre of summer read I prefer. I basically read what I’m in a mood for or what catches my attention at that moment. But I do tend to read more contemporary and romance books than usual. Also like catching up on series or books that I didn’t have to time to read over the year.
Thank you for a generous giveaway! 🙂
Thanks for the chance!
There’s no particular books I like during the summer.
