“ALIENS ABROAD is definitely worth the wait! Filled with humor, charm, and aliens, the Kitty Katt series is Sci Fi at its best!”
~ Under the Covers

I can’t believe that there are already sixteen books in this series! Gini Koch always manages to deliver a fun and exciting installment to the series. For this particular one, there was a little bit of a wait since there were some delays, but rest assured that ALIENS ABROAD still holds true to the rest of the series. You can expect a lot of Kitty’s signature humor and charm as well as some epic Sci Fi plot twists.

Many of you have been asking if you can read this series out of order. I wouldn’t suggest it. While Koch does give a quick recap at the beginning of every book, there’s sixteen books in this series, people. There’s no way she can put all the details no matter how she writes in the beginning of the book. For the best experience, I would suggest starting at the beginning.

In this particular book, I found that the humor was spot on. I enjoy all the books, but there were just so many LOL moments in this one. A lot of time it’s just Kitty’s thoughts and narrations, but I guess that’s why she is the star of the show. She really does stand out in the crowd and I love her for it.

As the series has progressed, I love that the world continues to grow. There are new characters and universes that come into play, expanding the epic world that Koch has already created. I think if you’re unsure about Sci Fi and want something to dip your toes in, this is a wonderful series to try out.

ALIENS ABROAD is definitely worth the wait! Filled with humor, charm, and aliens, the Kitty Katt series is Sci Fi at its best!

About Gini Koch

Gini Koch lives in Hell’s Orientation Area (aka Phoenix, AZ), works her butt off (sadly, not literally) by day, and writes by night with the rest of the beautiful people. She writes the fast, fresh and funny Alien/Katherine “Kitty” Katt series for DAW Books, the Necropolis Enforcement Files series, and the Martian Alliance Chronicles series for Musa Publishing. As G.J. Koch she writes the Alexander Outland series. She also writes under a variety of other pen names including Anita Ensal, Jemma Chase, A.E. Stanton, and J.C. Koch. She speaks frequently on what it takes to become a successful author and other aspects of writing and the publishing business. She is also the Lead Editor at Raphael’s Village, an online, nonpaying ’zine. Because she wasn’t busy enough, Gini’s added on featured guest columnist, reviewer, and webcaster for Slice of SciFi and It’s Comic Book Day.
