“If you’re in the mood to spice things up, all you need to do is pick up this anthology and get ready for a fun-filled ride!”
~ Under the Covers
THE DEVIL’S DOORBELL anthology is comprised of short stories from several amazing Erotic Romance authors. It’s very rare to have a book contain so many great authors working together like this so it’s a real treat. Although the writing styles are very different from story to story, they are all good in their own ways.
I’ve read all of these authors except for Megan Mulry and Molly O’Keefe but they are both authors who have been on my list to read for forever. So this was the perfect chance to try their stories out.
All of these stories are smokin’ hot and deal with sexual empowerment. It’s so very interesting to see each author’s take on the theme and see what kind of stories they can come up with. While I enjoyed all of the stories in this anthology, I was most intrigued by Jeffe Kennedy’s story and Anne Calhoun’s. That’s not to say that the others were not up to par, but Kennedy’s story was a taste of something different. While a little predictable, I really liked the idea of the story. The same goes with Calhoun, who I think is one of the best Erotic Romance authors out there. There’s a touch of roughness in her story that I think is a great juxtaposition to her more proper characters.
So if you’re in the mood to spice things up, all you need to do is pick up this anthology and get ready for a fun-filled ride!

When it comes to books I’m pretty adventurous. I read everything from Paranormal Romance to Urban Fantasy, New Adult, BDSM, LGBT fiction, Cozy Mysteries and even YA. If it’s got the littlest trace of romance in it, then I’ll probably read it. That being said, my all-time favorite authors are J.R. Ward and Karen Marie Moning.
When I’m not submerged in a good book, you can find me musing about makeup and planners or dreaming about Kpop boys and beaches. Until then, check out my reviews and let’s talk books!
