” The moment Inside Out fans has been waiting for is finally here. Ella’s story…Much like the in In and Out series, Denial has plenty of mystery that made me turn the pages with intrigue.” ~ Under the Covers
The moment Inside Out fans has been waiting for is finally here. Ella’s story. Sara from Inside Out series has been looking for her friend Ella but with very little lead. Now, we not only get her story but in her POV. The story starts out with Ella waking up with amnesia and taken in by a man who is very familiar to her. I don’t blame her for going with him. Kayden exude confidence, protective sexy and rich to boot. But as Ella gets her memory back in spurts, she realizes that there is more to Kayden and this situation than meets the eye. Obviously, this is where the mystery comes in. We learn more and more as Ella remembers.
Much like the In and Out series, Denial has plenty of mystery that made me turn the pages with intrigue. I enjoyed getting to know Ella, however it’s not enough. There is so much more that hasn’t been revealed. Unfortunately, answers will have to wait… there is a cliffhanger. So be forewarned. If you have read any of Lisa Renee Jones’ books, you know she is famous for this. Doesn’t bother me, in fact, I actually expected it. I know for some, this is an issue. In that case, I would wait closer to the second installment before committing to this series.
Though connected to the In and Out series, Denial is a stand alone. You do not have to read Inside Out series to start this one. But highly recommend to check it out.

I coblog and review here at Under the Covers and occasionally review for Hot Listens.I love to read PNR, UF, Contemporary, New Adult, and Romantic Suspense. Occasionally, I will venture to Erotica, BDSM reads and rarely Historical Romance. There are some sub-genres that I don’t always enjoy, but I’m open to stepping out of my comfort zone. For the most part, as long as there’s a hint of romance, I’m pretty much in.
