SECOND CHANCE SUMMER by Jill Shalvis (Contemporary Romance): Kicking off a new series called Cedar Ridge, Shalvis blends high testosterone and sexiness together to bring a new small town romance that is filled with charm and intrigue. I have a feeling that in this series Shalvis will unleash her sexiest hero yet!

ALL I EVER NEED IS YOU by Bella Andre (Contemporary Romance): Andre gives readers another fun and sexy Sullivans book! I adored this one! A little sweet and a list sexy – Adam is amazing!

WHAT CAROLINE WANTS by Amanda Abbott (Erotic Romance): There’s a new author on the block and with her smoking hot new series, PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES, readers will undoubtedly need a cold shower after reading this one! Way different than what’s already about there, this story is perfect to kick off the warmer weather!

Julie James has SUDDENLY ONE SUMMER, a more serious but still flirty take on her usual fun style. Gini Koch delivers another kickass story for Kitty and her friends with ALIEN SEPARATION. I highly suggest this series if you’re a UF fan. And lastly, Jenn Bennet has some very interesting characters in GRAVE PHANTOMS, the third book in the Roaring Twenties series. I’m also looking forward to some more roguish behaviour from Elizabeth Hoyt (DEAREST ROGUE). How could I forgot about Darynda Jones’s EIGHTH GRAVE AFTER DARK? It’s one series that never fails to make me laugh!

This month I feel like I’m all about the contemporary! Again!

AFTER HOURS by Cara McKenna – I read this for #RollBackWeek and although it had been recommended to me by several people a long time ago, I went in without a lot of expectations! I
m pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this one. I don’t always love a jerk but this one won me over!

THE MISTAKE by Elle Kennedy – This was one of those sequels that you go in hoping it’s good but dreading it won’t live up to the previous one. But rest assured, THE MISTAKE hits the mark. I loved Logan!

DIVIDE & CONQUER by Madeleine Urban and Abigail Roux – It is NO surprise that I always enjoy Ty and Zane tremendously. The only surprise is that I always wait so long between reading books in this series. Loved every second of their intense relationship. They made me laugh, they turned me on, and the suspense kept me on the edge of my seat!

DO NOT DISTURB by A.R. Torre – I have come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with me. This book is disturbing at times because I shouldn’t care at all, nor like, this story. Webcam girl with murder tendencies? Yeah, not usually my thing. But I was glued to the pages of this one until I found out how it all ended. Another great installment.

For May…. I’m anticipating a few books. sadly, I’m running behind on reading arcs so I haven’t read any of these May books yet! *gasp*

THE FRIEND ZONE by Kristen Callihan – yeah I’m on that new adult sports romance kick. What can I say?

NEVER NEVER PART TWO by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher – I was a bit annoyed at the ending of part 1. I go back and forth on continuing, but yes, I liked it enough to push through!

CAPTURE by Penny Reid – The final installment in the serial!!!!! *grabby hands*

BUSTED by Shiloh Walker – I just love this series and can’t wait to see what’s next.

I’m also looking forward to the re-release of the Hacker series by Meredith Wild, been wanting to read that for a while.

For the month of April I had enjoyed three contemporary reads: Sugar on Top by Marina Adair, Who I am with you by Melody Anne, and His First and Last by Terri Osborn. These are books I would recommend to fans who loves small-town romance. These are all perfect for summer reads.

My most anticipated read for May is Darynda Jones’ Eight Grave After Dark. This is one of the series that has yet to disappoint me and this particular installment is supposed to have a big shift in the series.  I am very, very excited!  Other books on my anticipated reads are Once Pure by Cecy Robson, Searching for Beautiful by Jennifer Probst and Thea Harrison’s Midnight’s Kiss.

Love Ty & Zane, 8th Grave and Capture are pre-ordered. I love After Hours, I still need to read the Deal before The Mistake. Looking forward to The Friend Zone (love The Hook Up) and I have the girl in 6E but haven’t read yet so I’m sure if Do Not Disturb will be my cup of tea.
