“I fell in love with him all over again and even more this time around.” ~ Under the Covers
This is it, the final installment in Andrew Hamilton’s life. I was captivated with him from the first installment of this serial. Yes, he’s a total jerk. And for some reason I still found him hot. I started this installment extremely excited but also a bit scared. Scared because I felt the story wasn’t as strong in the previous part. But this is something I experience with a lot of serials. Had this all been released in one full length book, I would loved the whole thing!
That being said lets focus on part 3. The end. We know there are many secrets in Mr. Hamilton’s past that we need to uncover. He continues being a total ass to Aubrey, and as much as Aubrey gives him chances to open up and have a real relationship, all he does is clam up even more. Be an even bigger a-hole. What I loved about this part is that Aubrey puts her big girl panties on! Yeah! There was a whole lot of me cheering for her in this book.
Then there’s the answers. We finally get under Andrew Hamilton’s skin. In his head and in his heart. And I admit, I fell in love with him all over again and even more this time around. No, he doesn’t have to stop being a jerk for me to like him. And I’m glad he didn’t change who he was. He just accepted he was a man in love. Even if love has hurt him deeply in the past. And he continues to be the intense, hot, dirty talker I want him to be! Unapologetic. Self assured.
This conclusion was nothing like I expected and everything I anticipated. It’s a great ending to a great story and it does each character justice. Not one giving up something for the other. Just both finding the right balance.
Now would be the best time for you to read the whole serial. It’s all out, you won’t have cliffhangers to deal with, and if you don’t read it I think you’re missing out on a great story. And it’s only three parts!

I get easily distracted by pictures of sexy guys and have tons of book boyfriends.I keep all my alpha males chained to my basement and guard them fiercely.*Back off bitches*I like to see Jason Momoa as a lot of those boyfriends, because ….. mmmmmmm JASON.MOMOA!
I’m a part time graphic designer (yes, everything you see on UTC has been done by me), run my husband's business from home and on a good day I’m a self appointed superwoman (she who can do it all).I love blogging with my girls and I couldn’t do it any other way!My first love is everything paranormal, but in the past few years I’ve re-learned to love contemporary romance.Every once in a while I like to mix things up with a historical romance, a steampunk or an LGBT book.Because I need variety to avoid book slumps.I don’t always need an HEA although I prefer one, and I love authors that can rip my heart out and make me ugly cry.
