It was short but sweet with a few steamy scenes thrown in. ~ Under the Covers
Angelina “Jelly” Dean, may have got more than she bargained for when she decided to get a dog for company and protection. Not only is Shadow huge and definitely has some wolf somewhere in his genes, he also seems to prefer ESPN to Animal Planet and salad to dog food. Could it be that her new pet and the man that comes to her in her dreams are connected?
What a cute book, it was short but sweet with a few steamy scenes thrown in. Maybe there wasn’t as much smexy time as you might expect from an Evangeline Anderson book; however, this is one of her earlier works and it didn’t make me enjoy it any less.
The story line was exactly as you would expect but although you may know what is going to happen, it didn’t stop me from having fun reading it anyways.
A great light read, with a sweet romance, some humour and a very sexy Native American hero!

Annnnnd I will stop myself there, before I start waxing lyrical about my love of historical romance and fantasy as well; no one needs to know about my elf fantasies. As you can tell, I adore and day dream about most romance genres, and my three big loves are 1) reading about romance 2) writing about romance and 3) talking about romance with my gals. Which, is why I love Under the Covers so much, I get all my bookish needs satisfied and don’t get judged when I talk about my favourite characters like they are real people. Which they are right?
