Daniel Coleman is somewhat of the serious brother.  One night while making a delivery out of town with the twins he meets a girl that totally captivates him.  Beth has been through a lot.  She’s a single mother now after the death of her husband, with three kids, and still some problems from the accident.  But that one night she was looking for some adventure.
Who would’ve thought that she’d find some with Daniel!  But their time together gets cut short and Beth decides she’s not ready to give him a chance and doesn’t call him back.  But she ends up moving to his town and living on his ranch!
I loved these two together!!  The story was so sweet, she’s older than him, she has kids, and baggage.  Daniel, even though he’s young, is very mature and goes after what he wants.  Their relationship starts out as purely sexual and slowly feelings start developing.  I liked how Daniel got along with the kids as well and included them as much as possible.
There are so many great moments and hot scenes in this book but I can clearly remember the pool house encounter because DAMN! That was hot!
Continuing with Matt’s story things are coming to a head with Helen.  This is clearly setting up the next book and I am so happy to be rid of her ass!  I am also very intrigued as to what’s Travis’ story.  I can’t wait for the next book!

About Vivian Arend

Vivian Arend in one word: Adventurous. In a sentence: Willing to try just about anything once. That wide-eyed attitude has taken her around North America, through parts of Europe, and into Central and South America, often with no running water.

Her optimistic outlook also meant that when challenged to write a book, she gave it a shot, and discovered creating worlds to play in was nearly as addictive as traveling the real one. Now a New York Times and USA bestselling author of over 30 novels and short stories in both contemporary and paranormal genres, Vivian continues to explore, write and otherwise keep herself well-entertained.

I’m a 30 something sun lover living in the Big Apple (read New York).I’m a book and coffee addict and lover of all things elephants.

I get easily distracted by pictures of sexy guys and have tons of book boyfriends.I keep all my alpha males chained to my basement and guard them fiercely.*Back off bitches*I like to see Jason Momoa as a lot of those boyfriends, because ….. mmmmmmm JASON.MOMOA!

I’m a part time graphic designer (yes, everything you see on UTC has been done by me), run my husband's business from home and on a good day I’m a self appointed superwoman (she who can do it all).I love blogging with my girls and I couldn’t do it any other way!My first love is everything paranormal, but in the past few years I’ve re-learned to love contemporary romance.Every once in a while I like to mix things up with a historical romance, a steampunk or an LGBT book.Because I need variety to avoid book slumps.I don’t always need an HEA although I prefer one, and I love authors that can rip my heart out and make me ugly cry.

I agree, Helen is HORRIBLE. When we finally get the story for Travis it’s going to be heart wrenching and I’ll be weeping like a big ole baby. I can just tell:)
