This was a sexy and emotional book mixed with a gorgeous tortured hero and a sassy heroine and bundles of humour ~ Under the Covers
Natalie Kovac and Asher “Ghost” Collins have always had a contentious friendship, and having the hottest sex either had ever experienced didn’t help so they decided to avoid each other. But Nat has recently moved and it is hard to avoid your next door neighbour so they agree to become friends again, but is friendship enough to satisfy either of them?
This is the second installment of the Friend-Zoned series, if you haven’t read the first one Friend-zoned then I highly recommend you give it a shot, especially before reading this book. Love Thy Neighbour was great, it had all the characters I loved from the previous book and we get to have the story of the intense, sexy and silent Ghost and the Feisty Nat.
What was great about this book was how damn sexy it was, Nat and Ghost set the pages on fire with their passion and lust for one another. It also helped that Asher was a little of a Dom in the bedroom (or car, or boardroom….) which really brought the heat level up, Asher giving out commands is sexy as hell. Although this was markedly hotter than the first book in this series, it was just as sweet, Asher and Nat were a great couple in and out of their bedroom hijinks.
But, what I like most so far about this book and this series is the humour, it is sarcastic and witty and it will keep me coming back for more. Not only is there some funny shenanigans going on, but the banter between the characters and the internal monologue is hilarious as well. The only issue I had was that towards the end of the book everything became quite rushed, especially the issue of Nat’s fertility, it was a big issue but it seemed like it was just tacked on to the end.
This was a sexy and emotional book mixed with a gorgeous tortured hero and a sassy heroine and bundles of humour, I can’t wait to read Ms Aurora’s next book.

Annnnnd I will stop myself there, before I start waxing lyrical about my love of historical romance and fantasy as well; no one needs to know about my elf fantasies. As you can tell, I adore and day dream about most romance genres, and my three big loves are 1) reading about romance 2) writing about romance and 3) talking about romance with my gals. Which, is why I love Under the Covers so much, I get all my bookish needs satisfied and don’t get judged when I talk about my favourite characters like they are real people. Which they are right?
