Welcome Weird Girls and thank you for coming to UTC today. We know how busy your lives are and we truly appreciate the time to hang out. To start, can one you tell us a little about your family and the Weird Girls Series.

~“Thank you for having us!” chimes in Shayna excitedly. “Well, we received our bizzaro powers as a result of a backfired curse placed upon our Latina mother for marrying outside her race. For the most part, we’d managed to stay out of the supernatural limelight. That is, until somebody”―jerks a thumb to her right―“set a vampire on fire during a one-night stand.”

~Taran scowls. “The prick deserved it.”

Describe each one of your sisters.

~Shayna leans forward. “I am a master of weaponry and can manipulate alloys into sharp and pointy blades.” She points to each sister. “Taran can control fire and lightning, Celia can change into a golden tigress and pass underground like sand through a colander, and Emme has the ability to heal and packs an awesome telekinetic punch.”

Celia describe Emme:
~Celia stops resembling a tiger ready to pounce and smiles softly. “She’s my hero. Darkness tends to consume us. She’s our light, our hope, you know?”

Emme describe Shayna:
~Emme glances up from staring at her palms and clears her throat. “Shayna’s vigor and enthusiasm drives us . . . even when drooling, evil beings are charging toward us.” Her face reddens. “Seriously, it’s happened quite a bit since we’ve moved to the Lake Tahoe area.”

Shayna describe Taran:
~Shayna’s grin widens when Taran shoots her a threatening glare. “Taran is temperamental and swears A LOT, but is fiercely loyal and will set anyone aflame who messes with us. Isn’t that right, poopsie?”

Taran describe Celia:
~Taran smacks Shayna’s hand away and yet her hard stare softens when she takes in the oldest sister. “Celia is our protector. She’s the one who bleeds to save those she loves.” She crosses her arms. “It’s about time she starts focusing on herself.”

Tell us about your author. Any cool or incriminating stories?

~Taran rolls her eyes. “She’s a sadist who plans to make our lives hell.” She shrugs. “At least she’s given us some hot males to keep us entertained between the torture sessions.” The corners of her lips curve. “She also has this crazy Thor fixation. Not Chris Hemsworth, but Chris Hemsworth as Thor.”

Can you tell us how you feel about Aric and his pack?

~Everyone looks to Celia. Celia sighs. “They’re good guys. Protective, strong―”
“And good in bed?” Taran offers.

~Celia growls, and her face heats up. “My time with Aric is between me and him.”

~“And the readers, too.” Shayna throws her hands out. “You’re not going to believe what happens between them!”

Out of the men of your world, and you guys can decide together: Who has the best Pecs, Abs and Ass? And Ceel, who has the best kiss?

~Emme stays quiet and chooses to glance away. Taran’s face shadows with desire. “There’s nothing on my Japanese wolf I wouldn’t sink my teeth into.”

~Shayna jumps out of her seat. “Koda’s butt cheeks could crush wood with a single clench. And Celia once told me Aric’s abs could launch a brick into orbit!”

~Celia stiffens. “I prefer not to discuss my wolf or our time together―”

~“The first time she and Aric kissed, they practically swallowed each other. Well, you did, Ceel,” Shayna says when Celia protrudes her claws.

What can we expect from A Cursed Embraced?

~“A Cursed Embrace is a dark story of love.” Emme grimaces. “And exploding demon parts.”

Give us your juiciest UTC CONFESSION.

~“I read Stephen King’s Pet Cemetery under the covers.” Emme shudders. “Big mistake. The story continues to haunt me.”

~Celia thinks about it. “I once devoured a sticky bun.”

~“Off of Aric’s chest?” Shayna asks, hopefully.

~“Please stop speaking,” Celia begs her.

~Shayna laughs. “If you must know, Koda likes to role play. Why, just the other night, I was R2D2 and he―”

~Celia holds out a hand, silencing her. “Again, you’ve said too much.”

~Taran chuckles sinfully. “Let’ just say my craziest under the covers experience involved glow sticks, pompons, two-sided tape, and six―no, more like seven Weebles.”

~Emme’s jaw slacks. “Oh, those kinds of experiences . . .”

And now for Cecy:
Boxer or Briefs?
~Hmmm, there’s something sexy about boxers.

Vamp or Shifter?
~I’ll go with werebeast, though I have a lot of love for my vamps. The shape-shifters, however, are the ultimate evil in my series.

Thongs or Granny undies?
~Thongs, of course!

Aric or Misha
~Heh, heh. Both but in different ways. *blushes*

Celia Wird and her three sisters are just like other twenty-something girls—with one tiny exception: They are the products of a curse that backfired and gave each of them unique powers that made them, well, a little weird…

After Celia Wird and her sisters help master vampire Misha save his family, their powers are exposed to the supernatural community of the Lake Tahoe region. But fame comes at a price, and being “weird” isn’t always welcome.

To make matters worse, Celia desires the love of Alpha werewolf Aric, but his pack is bent on destroying their relationship to preserve his pureblood status. And once weres start turning up dead—with evidence pointing to the vampires—she must face the prospect of losing Aric forever. But the chaos only masks a new threat. An evil known as the Tribe has risen—and their sights are set on Celia and her sisters.

I see that the chemistry between the sisters is still going strong. I love that they have such uniquely individual personalities yet mesh and play of each other so well.

I have to admit, I have a bit of an obsession with Chis Hemsworth as Thor myself. You’re not alone!
